Prof. Dr. Bülent Aras attended the NESA Conference of the Directors Communication Network on September 12-16, 2011 in Washington. SAM is also among the founding members of the Directors Communication Network. The conference was organized by the Regional Network of Strategic Studies Center, located in Washington.
