SAM Winter School 2014 on International Law, which will be held in Ankara on 3-7 February, has started with the inauguration speech delivered by Assoc. Prof. Ferhat Pirinççi, Advisor at SAM. The primary objective of the week-long program is to provide participants from prominent universities of Turkey, a substantial opportunity to be informed on the important developments taking place in the field of “International Law” strecthing from Human Rights to UN System. In addition, within the framework of international law, participants will be given courses on the cases in which Turkey is involved such as Cyprus Question, Transboundary Water Issues, Mavi Marmara Incident and Armenian Allegations on 1915 Events.
The program will be concluded on Friday, February 7 with a certificate ceremony to be presided by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mesut Özcan, Chairman of SAM.
