Prof. Dr. Ali Balcı

After completing his undergraduate degree at Uludağ University in 2002, Prof. Ali Balcı completed his master's and doctorate degrees at Sakarya University, Department of International Relations, in 2004 and 2010, respectively. Balcı, who carried out postdoctoral research at The University of Manchester (England) in 2011-2012 and at Columbia University (USA) in 2015-2016, works at the Department of International Relations at Sakarya University. Balcı teaches Turkish Foreign Policy and Introduction to International Relations at the undergraduate level, as well as Postcolonial Studies and Poststructuralism and Turkish Foreign Policy at the graduate level.
