XXVII Perceptions Journal of International Affairs Autumn-Winter 2022

This Autumn-Winter Volume of our journal consists of five valuable article. First one written by Armağan Gözakman focused on the Turkish foreign policy in response to war in Ukraine. Şuay Nilhan Açıkalın gives the picture of co-evolution of diplomacy under the conditions of turbulance by emphasizing on “actor” and “system” in the eyes of complexity theory.    Furthermore, Ahmet Nazmi Üste together with  Ulviyye Sanılı Aydın demonstrates the significance and role of Antalya Diplomacy Forum which provides platforms for various experts, stakeholders and decisionmakers to Exchange ideas by explaining the reason why it is is the example to innovative diplomacy that fits the evolving nature of international community. Esra Pakin-Albayraklıoğlu investigate the innovative diplomacy initiatives and decision of United Arab Emirates in order to consolidate economic security through innovation in diplomacy together with classical diplomacy tools. Finally, Murat Aslan shed light on the period of 1920s and 1930s which highlights the development of Turkish relations with Afghanistan with the aim of assisting state-building and reformation process in Afghanistan.
