“Volume XXI Autumn 2016”

This volume of the Perceptions includes three articles which are written by Arzu Güler, Sujata Ashwarya, Gonca Oğuz Gök & Emel Parlar respectively. In the first article, Arzu Güler focused on the effectiveness of UNHCR activities which is summerized into 4Rs approach which are Repatriation, Reintegration, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction. Subsequently, Sujata Ashwarya addresses the Iranian Nuclear Deal and its bringings. Lastly, Gonca Oğuz Gök & Emel Parlar investigates the development of Turkiye’s civilian foreign policy practice by examining the foreign policy tools advanced to pursue more active foreign policy in Africa since 2000s.
